Is Lovingly still the florist website and POS company?
Yes. Nothing about your website or POS is going away. Lovingly Shop and Lovingly POS run today exactly as they have for years, and shops across the country run on them right now. What’s changing is what we’re building on top of them.
I'm already on Lovingly. Does anything change for me?
Nothing breaks and nothing is taken away: same website, same POS, same support. What’s coming is added capability, and you’re first in line for it in a real way: your shop’s history is already in the system, so when LUMA arrives at your shop, she starts already knowing your business.
Is everything a waitlist now, or can I actually get something today?
You can get the platform today: a website that gets your shop found on Google and turns visits into orders, and a POS that runs the back of house. Florists have grown on the platform for 18 years. The waitlist is only for the new system that runs the rest of your business.
Is Lovingly still for florists, or are you moving on to other businesses?
Florists first. Everything we’ve built comes from 18 years with flower shops, and florists get everything first. What we’ve learned running 3,000+ shops turns out to apply to other owner-run businesses too, so the door is open, but the flower shop is where Lovingly comes from and where we’re starting.
What happened to lovingly.com?
Lovingly’s consumer flower marketplace closed in early 2026. Lovingly is now fully a technology company: we build the websites, point of sale, and business systems local florists run on. The flower side didn’t disappear; it moved behind the counter.
Meet LUMA
What is LUMA?
LUMA is your AI inside Lovingly. She’s the part of the system you actually talk to: she keeps orders moving, answers reviews, follows up with customers, and flags what needs your attention. Lovingly is what you buy; LUMA is who you work with inside it.
Is LUMA a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions; LUMA does work. She acts on your business, taking action where you have given her autonomy to do so. And she checks with you on anything you haven’t already trusted her to handle directly.
What can LUMA do today?
Today, with early shops, LUMA can manage your entire Google Business Profile, help you understand how you stack up in your local market, and manage the administration of your Lovingly Shop and Lovingly POS. New capabilities arrive with thorough testing at real flower shops, to ensure trust, accuracy, and accountability.
Will LUMA replace my staff?
The goal isn’t fewer people, it’s fewer fires. LUMA handles the operations, not the artistry. She handles the tracking, the follow-ups, the catching-things-early, so your designers can stay at the bench doing the work that actually needs their hands.
What about my wire orders (FTD, Teleflora, BloomNet)?
They’re part of how your shop runs, so they’re part of what the system is being built to handle: wire orders sit in the same picture as your direct orders instead of a separate pile. LUMA helps you break down your wire service statement and make sense of it all.
What if LUMA gets something wrong?
Then it’s ours to make right. LUMA works in your voice and with your approval: you decide what she handles on her own, and Lovingly stands behind what she does. You set the line; she respects it.
What does LUMA see in my business?
What you connect to her. You decide how much to connect and how LUMA can take action with the information. From QuickBooks to Google Business profile to every tool you use to run your business. LUMA works with the business data you grant her to see.
Getting Access
Do I need to be using the Lovingly Shop website to get LUMA?
No. You can sign up for Lovingly without using our website or POS platform. Shops who do use website and POS have a head start, their history is in the system, so LUMA starts on day one already knowing the shop.
What does it cost?
Pricing hasn’t been announced; the waitlist hears first.
How does the waitlist order work?
Owners who bring other business owners go first. When you sign up you get a personal link; every business that joins through it moves you up. When LUMA opens, we invite people in order.
I'm already a Lovingly customer. Do I need to join the waitlist?
Yes, it takes a minute, and it’s how we know you want in, early. Your data head start applies either way.

I am a florist trying to log in.
Your POS and dashboard are where they’ve always been: grow.lovingly.com.
Where should I order flowers now?
Directly from a local florist. Local shops across the country run their websites on Lovingly; when you order from a florist’s own site, the person arranging your flowers is the person you paid. You can also order from our flagship shop flowersofcharlotte.com to personally take care of orders in the Charlotte area or handle your order nationwide.
